From childhood I always have problems with weight. From initially depressed and embarrassed by the circumstances themselves, until cool and a ignorant with body continues to swell. All that changed when in 2014, I experienced something that made me realize that my situation is not true and I did not look appealing with excessive weight.
I started intend to lose weight at the end of September 2014, at that time my weight 86 kg. I started eating healthy and exercising in the gym six times a week. Sessions with a personal trainer three times a week and exercise alone three times.
In the morning I drink a fruit smoothie and milk protein, noon meal of grilled fish, green vegetables, and potatoes for carbohydrates. Night after from my gym eating fruit or milk protein. On weekends, I still try to choose healthy foods when you're going out. This went on for two months.
In early December 2014 I had to go back to Indonesia and put off taking a gym membership, but I still maintain a healthy diet. I managed to get off the weight of 86 kg to 71 kg exactly on January 1, 2015. After that my weight stabilized at 70-74 kg, I am free to eat anything during the day and no dinner.
Feeling not yet reached the target I want, I then start browsing again how effective diet. Mid-February I began to run the lemon detox diet popularized by Beyonce for 14 days. Through this program for 14 days I managed to get down to 64 kg although then rose again to a 68 kg after my return to normal eating.
At the end of February 2015 I took a private TRX classes five times a week, still aided by a healthy diet that I watch and by changing my drinking water with lemon infused water. I still allow myself to eat anything on the cheat day, which is Saturday and Sunday. In mid May 2015 I managed to achieve weight 56 kg.
Since then, being complacent I eat a mess and no longer exercises TRX up at the beginning of January 2016 I was uncomfortable with my weight back touched the figure of 64 kg. I went back to maintain a healthy diet as before and applying the cheat day only on Saturday and Sunday. Although not yet back in training TRX again because of time, but at least I managed to restore my weight at 56 kg at the beginning of February 2016.
Changing your diet and exercise actually give permanent results in my opinion, because even though I am back to eating a mess for more than 6 months, of a total of 30 kg which I successfully crop, only about 8 kg back into my body. Whereas when running the lemon detox diet, although in 14 days I lost weight about 10 kg, 4 kg but rebound again in less than a week.
For friends who are undergoing weight loss programs, I suggest you avoid the 'crash dieting' for the results obtained are usually not permanent and could even return in greater amounts when you stop the diet.
